What happens next?
NEXT 1 – 5 BUSINESS DAYS……..You will receive your “WELCOME KIT” via UPS. This kit includes
the following: ATM outdoor banner, ATM LED electric window sign, register magnet, ATM
network sticker, additional ATM receipt paper and ATM set up / programming information for
the installation technician.
NEXT 5 – 10 BUSINESS DAYS…….You will receive your ATM Machine (ALL ATMs are shipped
Factory Direct to your location), the truck driver will bring the ATM into your location. Once you
receive your ATM, please call us and we will schedule a technician to program,
install and train you on how to use your new ATM.
VERY IMPORTANT: ATMs require the following: 1. a standard 110v power outlet 2. a phone jack with
dial tone or cat5 cable (internet ready), wherever you want the ATM installed. If you are unsure or have
any questions about these requirements, please contact us immediately.
